- Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of services are handled on the TragoGrowth platform.
- Nature of Services
TragoGrowth acts as a facilitator connecting clients with independent trainers. All services are delivered by third-party trainers.
- Cancellation by Client
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: Eligible for 100% refund (excluding payment gateway charges, if applicable).
- Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours: Eligible for 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: No refund.
- Rescheduling
Clients may request rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the session, subject to trainer availability.
- Cancellation by Trainer
- If a trainer cancels the session, the client is eligible for:
- a) Full refund, or
- b) Rescheduling with another trainer
- No Show Policy
- If the client fails to attend the session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
- If the trainer fails to attend, the client will receive a full refund or rescheduled session.
- Service Dissatisfaction
If a client is dissatisfied:
- A complaint must be raised within 24 hours of session completion.
- TragoGrowth will review the case and may offer:
- a) Partial refund
- b) Replacement session
- c) No refund (if service deemed delivered properly)
The decision of TragoGrowth will be final.
- Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Platform fees (if applicable)
- Taxes (as per government regulations)
- Completed sessions
- Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to events beyond control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), though rescheduling may be offered.
